This website will be used for CoinFLEX creditors with Scheme Creditor Claim below the Creditor Allocation Threshold ("Share Trust Credior") [as defined in the Scheme of Arragement Term Sheet] to submit KYC to claim equity of CoinFLEX, following the Seychelles court approval of CoinFLEX restructuring proposal.
Use the function on the homepage to check whether you are an eligible Share Trust Credior. Enter the same email account registered with CoinFLEX.com. An email will be sent to the inbox to inform you whether you are an eligible creditor or not within 15 minutes.
After entering the same email account registered with CoinFLEX in the log in page, you will be asked to verify the email and reset the password.
As a shareholder, you will have an ownership stake in the company and may be entitled to certain rights, including voting on company decisions and receiving dividends if declared. The specific rights and benefits depend on the terms outlined in the restructuring plan.
